We will walk you through a quick selection process of picking the right tank like one of our polyethylene horizontal tanks, poly cone bottom tanks, plastic IBC’s, plastic horizontal IBC’s, polyethylene chemical processing tanks, industrial strength bleach tanks, wastewater chemical bulk storage tanks to name a few and we will provided you a preliminay drawing of the tank for a pipe configuration. Then with your changes added we will do an update and provide you a plan layout of your tanks. We work hand in hand with one of the five manufacturing site closest to you to give you a detailed quote exactly what your tank would cost including a shipping estimate for your final approval. Once you provide us with a PO #, the tank order is sent to production, made, options added than it’s wrapped and loaded on a special trailer and delivered in a reasonable time frame to your site, we’ll even ship world wide.

With today’s rising fuel cost, Twin-Tanks will suggest doubling up your tank capacity but we provide customers with options in picking a larger capacity double wall tank for taking a larger delivery load that might not otherwise fit in the current smaller holding tanks. Example, you need a delivery to run your process so you’re proactive and you scheduled a delivery and it comes in early, what would you do if it won’t fit? Unless the current holding tanks can take the delivery amount or the tanker is completely emptied you risk surcharges.

We have worked with maintenance teams to identify the needs to help justify a larger capacity storage tank just to accept larger loads and to help reduce cost, prevent down time with no added process interruptions. We know that supervisors work to cut cost anywhere they can these days, so we suggested doubling up the tank capacity by purchasing two tanks. This would have a return on investment in no time which would easily be justified which depends on the cost of the product, avoiding fuel surcharges and higher fuel cost charge for a delivery. Remember… you will get larger loads and fewer deliveries which will justify the purchase of a second tank and maybe get you better prices per pound, (oop’s) ask your buyer!

Mistakes cost money; budgets must be met so if the design errors are caught in the planning stages no one can screw up the project if they tried.
